Tuscan Chicken Bake

- Chicken breast
- 2 Tblsps Butter and a shot of olive oil
- Italian seasoning
- Paprika
- Garlic salt
- Fresh black pepper
- One cup half n half or heavy cream
- 1 Tblspoon corn starch
- fresh baby spinach
- Parmesan cheese
- Mozzarella cheese
Slice chicken breasts in half lengthwise. One breast can feed two people. On medium heat, add butter and olive oil to a skillet. Brown chicken on both sides. Place in baking pan.
Season your chicken breasts generously on both sides:
Italian seasoning
Paprika
Garlic salt
Fresh black pepper
One cup half n half or heavy cream
1 Tblspoon corn starch
Mix thoroughly and pour around chicken
Bake at 375 for 15 minutes
Pull chicken out of oven. Turn oven off. Work a generous handful of fresh baby spinach into the cream around the chicken and cover chicken with Parmesan cheese and Mozzarella cheese.
Return to oven (turned off) for ten minutes.
