Bacon and Ranch Potatoes

Jump to Recipe Print Recipe

Ranch potatoes are easy and shareable!

A dear friend of mine taught me how to make the best potatoes ever! Tired of boring potato salad? Try these easy incredible potatoes instead!

Start by washing your potatoes and cutting them into cubes. Boil in salted water until tender. Drain them and return them to the pan. Add one stick melted butter and half a cup of real bacon bits.

Next, add in your favorite brand of ranch dressing or make your own!

Stir it all together with salt and pepper to taste!

Share with your family and friends! Or not! These are so good you might not want to keep them for yourself. Who am I to judge?! Mrs. Happy Homemaker approved so now it’s your turn to try them! Y’all be sweet!
